Video Game Tournament at ICHS

The first Video Game Tournament was held after school at ICHS from May 29th to May 31st. The tournament was held as a way to raise funds to support the graduating senior class of 2018.

Admission to the tournament was $5 for one day and $10 for the three-day event. Students competed with each other in a bracket-style format with each day focusing on a separate game:


- Day 1: Mario Kart

- Day 2: FIFA Soccer 2017

- Day 3: Mortal Kombat

The winner of each day's tournament received a $25 gift card to GameStop.

Update: A shout-out to all participants. We were able to raise over $200 towards helping the senior class. Additionally, several students asked about starting a video game club, so this may be on the horizon for next year.
