ICHS International Community High School

Immigration Services for families

International Community High School serves a population of students and families new to the United States. The school and staff make every effort to assist these families with their academic and socio-emotional needs. For some of our school population, this means supporting students with questions or concerns regarding immigration status. In the current political climate, it is especially important to assure our students and families that ICHS is committed to supporting and protecting both our documented and undocumented students and families.

ICHS families who have questions or concerns regarding immigration status can contact the school at (929) 322 - 4471. ICHS has contacts with local organizations that specialize in helping immigrant families. The school has monthly meetings during the school year in which community organizations come to discuss immigration issues. Below are links to local organizations that can answer questions about immigration status. Many of these organizations offer free or low-cost consultations that simply require scheduling a meeting with their offices.
