Nestor Ortiz graduated from International Community High School in 2018. He was consistently on the Honor Roll and continuously demonstrated his  leadership skills through helping his classmates. He is attending Lehman College, majoring in Mathematics while minoring on Education and Spanish. His plan is to become a math teacher and perhaps continuing to become a university professor.
